PASF History
The Founding Story
The Psi Alpha Scholarship Foundation (PASF) proudly stands as a majority-minority-based organization in San Antonio, Texas, dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion. For over 32 years, PASF has been a pillar of strength in the Alamo City and its surrounding communities, creating lasting, positive impacts. As a leading advocate for minority representation, PASF has awarded over $1.6 million in scholarships and community grants, transforming countless lives through education and support.

Our commitment to diversity goes beyond numbers—it is a core value that drives our mission. By championing opportunities for underrepresented groups, PASF empowers first-generation college students to achieve their dreams, bridges educational gaps, and opens doors to higher learning that might otherwise remain closed. Our initiatives not only celebrate academic excellence but also address community needs through meaningful service projects, enhancing the quality of life for all.

Through these efforts, PASF has become a cornerstone for uplifting minority men and women, equipping them with the tools to succeed and make impactful contributions to society. By prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion, we strengthen the social fabric of San Antonio, making it a more vibrant and equitable city. As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Psi Alpha Scholarship Foundation continues to be a powerful resource for community advancement, empowering youth and ensuring their pathways to success.
